I am a Principal Product Designer at Zalando, where I lead personalization opportunities that adapt the product to each customer's needs. I also support a team of four designers, empowering them to deliver user-friendly and innovative solutions that drive growth and engagement.With over a decade of experience, I have worked with global brands such as Delivery Hero and IBM, where I applied design thinking and design leadership principles to create impactful products and services. My educational background includes a degree in Industrial Design from Anadolu University and courses in Leadership by Design from Stanford. I am passionate about design thinking, generative AI, and creating personalized experiences that delight users.
