Shailja Gupta is a distinguished product leader known for breakthrough contributions at the intersection of AI product management and responsible AI. Currently an AI/ML Product Manager at ADP, she builds GenAI copilots and enterprise AI services—spanning conversational analytics and workforce intelligence—that help organizations make faster, fairer, data-driven decisions.
