Session: The Magic Quest for an Agile Mindset!
I will lead a quest: I will begin my SHE-roic journey tour by guiding the SHEroes-to-be down a well-known path of chronic cultural frustrations. We will enter the cave of Should & Must and we’ll follow a tunnel which displays old depictions of thread-worn facts, decaying methods and crumbling systems of management. Don’t be afraid! The fire from our powerful torches will be shining light into the darkest shadows. We are thought warriors!We will emerge from the cave of past horrors into bright fields of new realities, walking through new perspective-blossoms of curiosity. Birds of future possibility will circle us singing empowering songs while the complexity-frogs sing a chorus of intrigue. The honey-scented breeze of productivity whispers false promises of perfection.
But we must stay alert! Don’t slip down the Zone of Comfort! The trail we’re following is an unknown path and though it might look familiar, the land is totally exotic. We cannot trust the old maps. We can only trust our inner compass.
The new creatures might look dangerous, yet they are actually friendly and helpful. We must lower our guarded reactions and be ready to recognize the magic elements we need for our quest. We must give ourselves permission to open our eyes and take bold steps forward, into our visions.
