Session: The Future of Tech: How Women Product Managers Can Shape Industry Trends
In an era where technology is rapidly transforming our world, the voices shaping these innovations matter more than ever. This talk explores how women product managers are uniquely positioned to influence emerging technologies like AI and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) tech, bringing critical perspectives that can redefine industry standards and ethical frameworks.
Drawing from our experience developing AI-assisted operational learning software, we'll demonstrate how women's leadership in product management can create more inclusive, effective, and ethically sound technological solutions. Our team's work exemplifies this approach: we've built systems that capture "operational intelligence" from frontline workers to enhance organizational resilience rather than reinforce blame cultures.
Drawing from our experience developing AI-assisted operational learning software, we’ll demonstrate—through a brief POC demo—how women's leadership can create inclusive, effective, and ethically sound solutions. We’ll also share our process of deriving and utilizing AI, and how it drives operational excellence by capturing "operational intelligence" from frontline workers. Attendees will gain practical insights to leverage their unique perspectives, transform decision-making, and shape a tech future that works for any org.
The presentation will highlight how women product managers often excel at:
Implementing inclusive research methodologies that amplify diverse voices, including those traditionally underrepresented in tech
Championing responsible AI development with features like explainability and bias detection
Creating psychological safety as a core design principle, ensuring technology empowers rather than surveils users
Bridging the gap between technical capabilities and human needs through empathetic product design
AI Derivation and Strategies in workplace
Attendees will gain practical insights into how they can leverage their unique perspectives to drive innovation in emerging technologies, transform decision-making processes in their organizations, and ultimately shape a tech future that works better for everyone. This talk will inspire women in tech to recognize their power as architects of tomorrow's technological landscape and provide actionable strategies for making their voices heard.
