Session: Beyond the Hype: Why AI Transformations Fail and How We Get Them Right
AI is no longer a futuristic ambition; it is a present-day priority. Yet, despite massive investments, most AI transformations fail to deliver meaningful business impact. Why?
This session moves beyond the hype to uncover the real reasons AI initiatives stall, ranging from lack of leadership commitment and fragmented data ecosystems to a critical gap in AI fluency across organizations. Drawing from over a decade of experience leading large-scale transformations, Shristi Pranjal introduces a practical lens to assess AI maturity, from experimentation to becoming truly AI-native.
The session will also highlight the often-overlooked role of AI governance in building trust, preventing bias, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Attendees will gain actionable insights on how to move from isolated pilots to enterprise-wide impact by redesigning decision-making, aligning incentives, and building AI fluency at scale.
This is a call to rethink AI - not as a tool, but as a transformation of how organizations think, decide, and act.
