Silvia Semenza: Global Executive People Experience Director
Silvia Semenza is the Global Executive People Experience Director at RINA.
RINA is specialized in testing, inspection, certification, and engineering solutions across a wide range of markets, including Energy, Marine, Infrastructure & Mobility, Certification, Industry, and Real Estate.
In this role, Silvia leads corporate strategies aimed at enhancing employee experience, with a strong focus on talent development, internal assessment, engagement, and employer branding.
After graduating with honors in Philosophy with a psychological focus in 2003, Silvia pursued further education with two postgraduate master’s degrees: one in Human Resources Management and another in E‑Learning Design and Management.
With a career dedicated to organizational development, talent management, and strategic workforce alignment, Silvia has played a key role in promoting initiatives that support diversity and inclusion in the technology sector. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing programs designed to create a fair, engaging, and growth-oriented work environment for all RINA employees.

Marzia Basso: Head of International I&M Project Development
Marzia Basso is Head of International I&M Project Development, with extensive international experience in Infrastructure, Transport & Mobility. With an academic background in Management Engineering, she has grown through technical, project and business oriented roles, gaining extensive experience in proposal, contract finalisation and project leadership. Her career reflects a continuous ability to adapt and deliver results in fast‑changing and high‑complexity environments supporting teams and organisations through periods of change, growth, and transformation, while maintaining focus on performance, people, and long‑term sustainability. Marzia regularly coordinates multicultural, multi‑country team, fostering inclusive collaboration across geographies and cultures. She strongly believes that inclusive leadership is essential to building innovative, resilient, and future‑ready organisations.
