Sneha is an Engineering Manager with a strong track record in leading diverse, high-performing teams in the tech industry. Passionate about inclusive leadership, she excels in fostering team environments that embrace diversity in gender, nationality, and personality, driving both innovation and success. With extensive experience in building & growing teams, she focuses on creating balanced, efficient, and collaborative environments where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential. She started her career as a Software engineer and has donned many hats including but not limited to QAE, Product Manager, SDE, and now Engineering Manager. She has developed software solutions for defence, governments, banks and airline industries before joining Amazon in her current role as Engineering Manager.
