With extensive experience in building & growing teams, she focuses on creating balanced, efficient, and collaborative environments where individuals are empowered to reach their full potential. She started her career as a Software engineer and has donned many hats including but not limited to QAE, Product Manager, SDE, and now Engineering Manager. She has developed software solutions for defence, governments, banks and airline industries before joining Amazon in her current role as Engineering Manager.
