Session: When Conversations Become Code: The Future of AI-Powered Communication Platforms
As products become increasingly conversational, every interaction, be it an email, chat, or voice call, becomes an opportunity for intelligence. In this talk, I’ll share how teams at the intersection of AI, product, and customer experience can design scalable communication platforms powered by intent detection, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop feedback (HITL).
Drawing from real-world implementations across multiple domain ecosystems, we’ll explore how to move from reactive support systems to proactive, personalized engagement, while balancing automation with empathy. AI Communication Platforms is where conversations become code, and code becomes connection.
Attendees will walk away with a framework for building AI-native communication systems that don’t just talk to users, but truly listen for them.
Intended audience:
Product Managers, AI/ML Practitioners, Platform Engineers, and UX Leaders interested in AI-driven customer experiences and agentic communication platforms.
