If you answered YES to any of the questions then this is the session for you!4 years ago, I used to hate my job too. My work was not exciting and I was not at all motivated to go to work. One day I decided to change this and started researching what other options are out there, and through careful deliberation, I developed a framework that helped me successfully transition into my dream role. My framework consists of 5 steps that include - simple mindset shifts, and powerful actions that can help you transition into the role you love. Over the last 3 years, I got a chance to test my framework on my own career, and 50+ women I mentored.
I am an experienced tech professional who is currently working at Google, and have previously worked in Amazon, and Amazon Web Services. I have changed roles 3 times in my career. Bio
I am currently focused on the Data Analytics stack of the Google Cloud. I help solve big data problems for the Enterprise customers using the Google Cloud Platform.Before joining Google, I worked at Amazon for 5 years. For the first 3 years, I was a Software Engineer for the Forecasting team. I helped create forecasts for all the products on the Amazon website. This was when I got my hands dirty with Cloud and fell in love with Cloud computing. I then transitioned my role to Solution Architect for AWS where I got a chance to work with customers and help them meet their business goals with the magic of the Cloud.
