Session: Automating asset management - Finding efficiency with artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence could unlock new avenues for firms as they look to optimize operating costs and search for alpha in the current low margin environment.

- How can predictive and generative AI be used to augment the work of humans and applied to areas such as marketing, investment, data extraction, compliance and predictive analytics?

- What human and data resources are required to successfully deploy AI and achieve efficiency gains across front, middle and back office functions?

- What industry case studies exist so far and what are the immediate, intermediate and long-term implications of their results?

Key Takeaways

  • We believe can use generative AI, predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities to enhance – not replace – the critical thinking and decision-making capabilities of our people.
  • AI is only as good as the data it’s given. We’re focusing to mitigate and minimize incorrect or misleading information from the data it was given, as well as the abuse of AI, by deploying a "walled garden" approach.
