Session: Leading Under Pressure: Decision-Making in High-Stakes Environments
As women in leadership, we are often navigating fast-paced environments, high expectations, and moments where critical decisions must be made under pressure, sometimes without complete information or a clear path forward. Through my experience leading complex clean energy programs, I have faced situations where decisive action was essential, even in the face of uncertainty and risk.
In this session, I will share how I’ve learned to move from hesitation to confident decision-making by building structured approaches, trusting my judgment, and staying grounded in high-stakes moments. I will also explore the team dynamics that emerge under pressure, including how to foster trust, align diverse perspectives, and guide teams to perform at their best.
Attendees will gain practical frameworks and mindset shifts to navigate high-pressure situations, manage uncertainty, and lead with clarity and impact. This session will empower emerging leaders to step confidently into leadership roles, influence outcomes, and turn challenging moments into opportunities for growth and meaningful impact.
