Session: Is AI making us Dummer? The impact of GenAI in creative problem-solving
Since the arrival of LLMs companies have been both hesitant and excited about the opportunities of generative AI. Whilst it has a tremendous potential to help with productivity, between data and reinforcement bias as well as the potential overreliance on AI we need to start wondering what potential effects has this adoption in human psychology, the way we learn, processes information and develop solutions. This talk is based on my research with the Open University on the impact of AI usage in creative problem-solving and how we can make better usage of AI

For nearly a decade, I’ve been more than an educator—I’ve been a catalyst for growth. Whether teaching languages to individuals or large groups, organizing transformative workshops, or hosting webinars, I’ve dedicated my career to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire action.
A few years ago, my curiosity for innovation led me to the world of 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚—and I was hooked. What started as a way to enhance education turned into a deep dive into AI’s vast potential. I quickly realized this technology isn’t just a tool; it’s a game-changer. From improving workflows to transforming industries, AI sparked a new purpose in me: to explore, educate, and advocate for its ethical, unbiased, and transparent use.
This passion took on new life when I co-founded 𝙎𝙝𝙚𝘼𝙄, a platform built with one goal in mind: to empower women with the skills and confidence to harness AI in their careers. We’re not just teaching tools—we’re closing the gender gap in AI, creating opportunities, and building a future where women thrive in tech.
I believe technology, when used with purpose, can create unparalleled opportunities for all. Whether I’m teaching in a classroom, designing an AI workshop, or driving SheAI’s mission, I’m committed to empowering people to navigate and lead in a tech-driven world.
