I used to believe that working harder than everyone else and long hours would help me climb a career ladder. When I got there I had something to prove and quickly suffered burnout. Personal development, coaching, and leadership study allowed me to see how the top 2% of performers at any level build not only a successful career but also uplevel in life. How if any one of these 3 Dimensions we cover today are missing then you will stay stuck. Eventually confidence wains, imposter syndrome feels like a prison, as does your passion as you no longer experience the new and exciting things tech has to offer. Your personal growth suffers.
