Gail Dragazis, Product Line Manager, Enterprise Technology, Ford Motor Company
In her career at Ford Motor Company Gail has held a variety of Information Technology roles and has been in her current position as Global Order Fulfilment Product Line Manager since March 2022. As an experienced IT Manager with a demonstrated history of working in automotive and wider manufacturing industries Gail has a proven track record of delivering complex global digital transformation programs specifically in eCommerce, Digital Marketing and plant environments. Throughout her career Gail has embraced and championed new and emerging technologies, envisioned the future they can enable, and defined and directed the necessary change to move forward. Since 2020 she has been co-lead for the global Women of Ford Technology Chapter to create an environment where women can thrive in a technology career.
