As an AI Engineering Manager at IBM, my role encompasses pioneering advanced AI technologies and leading THINK initiatives that shape the future of machine intelligence. My expertise lies in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI, fostering innovation and strategic problem-solving within IBM's WatsonX Client Engineering team. Having transitioned recently from JPMorgan Chase, my efforts are focused on integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Reinforcement Learning to enhance decision-making processes and client engagements.I am driven by the vision of empowering the data science community and creating a culture of learning and collaboration. Some of the volunteer roles are Google Women Techmaker Ambassador, IEEE ICWITE Core Member. Juror for AnitaB.org GHCI event 2024.
