After 30+ years in the tech industry, name a tech job and Susi has probably done it - from Software Engineer to Director of Product. She has a passion for advancing diversity in tech believing that more diversity in thought will lead to better products, more opportunity for underserved populations and in short, a better world.
Susi is Chief Impact Officer and Strategic Advisor at Phin. Phin's purpose is to be a force for positive change by helping companies weave social impact into their DNA. She also works as an advisor at other social good startups and nonprofits including Kikori, an ed-tech company that puts the heart and fun in education through experiential education and team building.
