Session: Becoming Best Friends with Imposter Syndrome

Hiking in the Pacific Northwest weather over the last one year has taught me more than just tying my shoelaces right. It has given me some insight on how I can embrace and own my imposter syndrome in more ways than one.

So when feelings of doubt and low self-confidence raise their ugly head, how can you make this Imposter Syndrome work for you, rather than desperately try to overcome it? It can be a source of strength in your chest of armor, more like an ally that always brings out the best in you.

Key Takeaways

  • Five strategies to embrace and tackle imposter syndrome as a woman.
  • Psychology of a Rich White American Man, and how can it inspire you.
  • When the going gets great, why does the imposter syndrome show up it's ugly head?
