In these uncertain times, remote work has become a norm for almost a year now. With this change there comes different challenges and one of the those is working and collaborating with teams.How about adding more complexity??
Example working with teams from around the world with different time zones and different culture.
In this talk, I will share my learnings that I have experienced myself managing various projects both pre pandemic and post pandemic times.

Bio: Swathi Shyam Sunder
Swathi is a Technical Project Manager working at Siemens in Munich. She has managed international teams from different continents. She enjoys working on hobby projects which has also helped her in solving various situations in het job.She identifies herself with various causes such as gender diversity, diversity in tech and has been promoting these ideas by participating and contributing for such programs.
