Session: Establishing an Agile Learning Culture
Digitalisation, globalisation & agility - organisations are transforming constantly. One change project follows the next one. Huge sums of money are spent on coaching, training and consulting to help organisations to evolve. However, the result is often unsatisfactory with frustration at all levels of the hierarchy. To break the vicious circle, organisations need to stop copying best practices and start learning themselves. What does this mean for leaders, teams and individuals? We give a brief outlook on this.
- we need to rethink what it means to learn
- the lifelong learning concept will help us mastering VUCA
- new organisational structures and roles are needed to anchor learning in a sustainable way
- digital solutions are an accelerator on the way to a learning organisation
Tina is an entrepreneur, agile learning expert and innovation consultant. She co-founded the Berlin-based edtech startup mevolute. At mevolute we are convinced that all human beings are born with the ability to learn and grow throughout their entire life. Nevertheless, most people do not make use of the natural ability to learn and they experience a drop in learning at an early stage in life. Tina passionately tries to change that. Aside from that, she dreams of flying into space one day to see the earth from above.
