Huge sums of money are spent on coaching, training and consulting to help organisations to evolve. However, the result is often unsatisfactory with frustration at all levels of the hierarchy. To break the vicious circle, organisations need to stop copying best practices and start learning themselves. What does this mean for leaders, teams and individuals? Bio
Tina is an entrepreneur, agile learning expert and innovation consultant. She co-founded the Berlin-based edtech startup mevolute. At mevolute we are convinced that all human beings are born with the ability to learn and grow throughout their entire life. Nevertheless, most people do not make use of the natural ability to learn and they experience a drop in learning at an early stage in life. Tina passionately tries to change that. Aside from that, she dreams of flying into space one day to see the earth from above.
