Tochi Kanu-Ivi is a Technology Strategist and Customer Success Professional with a decade of experience driving enterprise digital transformation through post-sales excellence, program leadership, and AI adoption. She has worked with industry giants like Deloitte, Oracle, KPMG, Microsoft, and now UiPath—where she helps enterprise customers scale their automation and AI initiatives with UiPath solutions.
An influential voice in tech, Tochi is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events, sharing insights on AI, automation, and the evolving role of Customer Success. She has spoken at forums such as the Houston Black Tech Symposium, MidWestCon, Microsoft Tech panels, and relevant tech-focused webinars/podcasts—amplifying voices underrepresented in tech and helping professionals navigate transformation in the rapidly evolving Automation and AI landscape.
Beyond the stage, Tochi provides advisory services to nonprofits and has held board positions with the Girl Scouts of Central Texas and the Blacks in Technology Chicago Chapter. She currently serves her Houston Community through her role in LeadHer Foundation, designing educational/empowerment programs that uplift at-risk female students in the Houston area.
