Tracie Cleveland Thomas is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience driving enterprise transformation, digital innovation, and AI adoption across financial services, insurance, automotive, and government industries. As one of the few Black women to rise to senior technology leadership, she has led large-scale initiatives in data, automation, and emerging technologies that improved efficiency and reduced risk. She also serves on several boards including founding and co-leading DNA Rising, a nonprofit empowering underserved communities. Recognized as a trailblazer in tech and honored for her leadership, Tracie combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to inclusive, future-focused innovation.
