Trishala Pavagada is Director of Engineering at Split, building the core feature flag platform and integrations. She is passionate about building teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences and empowering them to make an impact on innovation and productivity. Prior to Split, Trishala held technical leadership & management positions at Cisco and HP. Outside of work, Trishala is a trained Indian classical dancer.
