Uma is the CEO of Lucid Technologies and a passionate advocate for women in tech. With over two decades of experience spanning digital transformation, vendor management, and leadership development, Uma combines her expertise in technology with her lifelong commitment to coaching and mentorship. A former leadership trainer and youngest regional head at ICICI Bank, Uma has also led multimillion-dollar projects in the U.S. tech space. Through her initiative, ProjectHER, she empowers women to thrive in tech, and as the founder of Global Speakers Circle, she builds platforms for communication excellence. Uma’s journey of resilience, from overcoming health challenges to breaking barriers in male-dominated industries, inspires her mission to help others rise, lead, and succeed.
