Session: What has changed In Business Intelligence, Data & Analytic from last year to this Year? If not Everything

What has changed from last year to this Year In BI , Data & Analytics? If not Everything
If you think Change is the only Constant, Then you absolutely in the correct profession.
In the world of Software development - Change is the name of the Game.
If you not prepared to learn and grow daily, please you in the WRONG profession, Change is what you desire then welcome - You are in for the Ride of Your life!!!!

What has changed? I have been in the Business Intelligence Data Analytics space for 17 Years.
In this Period we went from 1st to 2nd Generation BI and Reporting In the last 2 Years we introduced 3rd Generation BI
1st Gen BI involved complex technology stacks that analysed multi-dimensional data sets – or OLAP data cubes.
The 2ND Gen BI, Created a new category – user-driven BI. Introduced various roles such as Business Analyst and Process as Data Governance
But the 3rd Gen we looked at Democratising your Data. Making Data Available in Real Time on Premis and In the Cloud

But can we be in the 4th Wave of BI Data and Analytics? If we look at the trends surely, we are in a NEW EVOLUTION OF Business Intelligences
What are these processes that is driving these changes?
• Why Data Lakes?
• Democratizing of Data Science
• Not Big Data but Right Data
• Data Analytics in Place Will Dominate
• Data Fabrics Will Be a Strategic Enterprise IT Trend
• Data Management Will Become a Critical Component of the Modern Data Fabric
• Multicloud will Evolve with Different Data Strategies
