Session: From Bootcamp to Breakthrough: Emerging Women Founders in Tech & AI

This panel highlights the journeys of women early-stage founders from the Femme Founder Bootcamp, a community-powered leadership and startup program. Rather than focusing on polished, late-stage success stories, we bring forward founders who are actively building, iterating, and learning in real time.
Moderated by the founder of the Femme Founder Bootcamp, this session centers on how mentorship, community, and access to networks bolster women’s confidence and visibility in tech and AI - especially for founders who might otherwise lack platforms. Panelists will share practical lessons from ideation through launch, the role of community in resilience, and how emerging tech is being used to solve real problems by women at all stages of their paths.

(For audiences: actionable insights, diverse founder perspectives, and mentorship-based pathways into leadership and tech innovation.)

Key Takeaways

  • How early-stage women founders are applying AI and emerging technologies to solve real-world problems, even without large teams or funding.
  • Why mentorship and community-based programs play a critical role in helping women founders build confidence, clarity, and momentum in tech.
  • What founders wish they had known earlier about visibility, pitching, and participation—and how showing up sooner can change outcomes.
  • How to navigate the early stages of entrepreneurship in tech without waiting for traditional validation or perfection.
  • Practical lessons from founders who are actively building, iterating, and learning in real time—and how attendees can apply these insights to their own paths.
