Session: Data-curious: How to create a data-driven culture in your organization

Organizations with a strong data culture can synthesize information effectively, and glean insights at scale, giving them an incredible edge over their competition. Some of the challenges that organizations face in their efforts to build a data-driven culture are around data silos, data hygiene, data transparency and data literacy.
To solve for these challenges, I will share a three-pronged strategy that organizations can use to weave data-driven values into the fabric of the organization’s being and build a strong data-culture.

Key Takeaways

  • Build a culture that allows people the freedom to be creative, make mistakes, experiment and learn
  • Make data accessible at all levels of the organization. Democratize the data and consciously create a common data language.
  • Ask the right questions, validate biases, and balance intuition with rigor
