With over 15 years of experience, having worked in New York City, USA, Silicon Valley, USA and Stuttgart Area, Germany, Vera Schmidt is currently heading the Advanced Experience Design at the Mercedes-Benz R&D and Design headquarters.
With her cross-functional department, Vera is responsible envisioning the digital vehicle of the future in collaboration with Mercedes’ specialists and partner teams. She has been instrumental in introducing new areas of expertise to the Mercedes-Benz Digital Design and devising core UX design strategies, concepts and aesthetics for today’s and the next generation of Mercedes in and beyond car Experiences;
