Session: What is it like working at Zalando?
There is a saying, "The sky is the limit," basically meaning that you can achieve anything you want. I was taught not to focus on the limit but to design my own sky. The sky we design for ourselves can be different in many ways. Still, we all need the right workplace cultures to enable us in shaping our career skies. We need to intentionally choose our spaces.My talk is about understanding organizational cultures and being clear on what matters to you. I will share insights into Zalando's workplace and how one can grow and have an impact at Zalando.

Hello! I’m Veronica. I’m currently leading a team that develops products and solutions on Culture, D&I, and the Future of Work. With more than 18 years of experience across different industries, I have built a global D&I function in global financial services, driven employee engagement strategies, developed numerous leadership development programs, shaped the strength of succession plans, navigated complex workplace and leadership challenges, and transitioned between strategic, operational and project roles in different functions. My career has been a tapestry of growth and impact to shape cultures that want growth, performance, and inclusion of all talents. Outside of work, I am a mom of two, and a part-time designer of learning content. I also support mission-driven initiatives and have helped launch initiatives to bring people together.
