Victoria has over 20 years of IT and Telecom recruiting experience, starting in the agency realm and later moving to corporate recruiting and management. She is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas which includes leading teams of Talent Acquisition professionals in Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil.
