Session: Something's Off, And I Can't Name It
You're not failing. By every external measure, you're succeeding. And something's off.
You can't quite name it. Most leadership talks won't help you, because they assume you already know what's wrong and just need a tactic. This one doesn't.
Wen Hsu is a Taiwanese-American leadership coach and former engineering leader with twenty years in tech. She works with immigrant women leaders (Directors, VPs, Senior Directors) who are accomplished, recognized, and quietly running on empty.
In this talk, she names the thing underneath the exhaustion. The invisible script that earned you every promotion. The one making the decisions you never thought to question.
You won't leave with a five-step framework. You'll leave with one question you won't stop thinking about. And language for something you've been carrying for years.
Bio
Wen Hsu is a Taiwanese-American leadership coach and former engineering leader with twenty years in tech. She works with immigrant women leaders, helping them go from the leader everyone depends on to the leader who decides. Her work sits at the intersection of identity, cultural conditioning, and leadership.
She is a first-generation immigrant and an introvert who spent two decades learning to lead on other people's terms before building her own.
She also created the Leadership Operating System, a 3-minute assessment that helps women leaders see what's actually running them, underneath the doing. Take it at https://wencoaching.com/leadership-os/
