Session: You might think you don't need a personal brand — the problem is you already have one
You might even cringe at the term *personal branding* — and that’s fair. But nothing else really captures it. And if it already exists the moment you step online or into a room, why not embrace it?
Think of Nike, Pinterest, Google or Mailchimp. You know them instantly because their brands worked hard over years to be clear, consistent, and memorable. Your personal brand is no different. It doesn’t need a logo or tagline — it’s about your voice, your values, and what people remember you for.
Ignore it, and others will define it for you. Own it, and you get to steer what people say about you when you’re not in the room, network for the jobs you want, and connect with people who share your values.
You already have a brand. The only question is: are you making it count — or trying to ignore it?
