Session: OWN THE AI ERA
In an AI-first world, the companies that win won’t just adapt, they’ll lead. And the ones that lead will be powered by employees who can think fast, act with clarity, and move through uncertainty with confidence. In this keynote, Silicon Valley leader and venture capitalist Jenny Stojkovic shows your team how to stop reacting, and start driving, the AI revolution.
Bio
Jenny Stojkovic didn’t grow up with connections, capital, or a clear path to success. Raised in a small Canadian farm town by a blind father and a mother who worked as a grocery store cashier, she learned early how to bet on herself.
She earned a full scholarship by cold-pitching a billionaire, broke into Silicon Valley with zero contacts, and rose to lead global policy work for Google, Meta, and Airbnb.
Today, she’s one of the youngest female venture capitalists in the U.S., having invested $25M into mission-driven brands. She also built a global media platform spotlighting rising female entrepreneurs, featured by Good Morning America, Fortune, and Fast Company.
Jenny knows firsthand that in moments of disruption, technical skills alone aren’t enough. The real edge is mindset.
Her Why Not Me? philosophy and GRIT Framework were born from a career of leading through uncertainty. Now, she teaches teams how to do the same, especially in an AI-first world, where clarity, courage, and bold action matter more than ever.
