Session: Women with Wings
In an era of rapid technological acceleration, we often move too fast to see where we are going. Traditional leadership focuses on speed and "isolated efficiency," yet this fragmented approach frequently ignores the long-term systemic risks to our climate, infrastructure, and social stability.
This talk introduces the "Women with Wings" paradigm: a leadership model that utilizes aerial insight, AI, and immersive systems to gain a "systems-based" understanding before making critical decisions.
By shifting our perspective from the ground level to the altitude of a drone, we can dissolve borders and see the interconnectedness of our global challenges.
Attendees will discover how to move beyond abstract spreadsheets and "walk through" future risks using immersive tech, ultimately transforming technology from a source of fragility into a powerful force for intergenerational resilience
