Session: From Automation to Agentic AI: What Leaders Need to Rethink Now
We are moving beyond automation as efficiency, and into a world where AI agents can act, decide, and operate across entire workflows. For leaders, this is not a technology shift. It is a leadership shift. In this fireside chat, Cameron Wall and Korusha Pillay explore unpack what this means for senior leaders: where value will actually be created, why most current operating models will break, and how to avoid scaling inefficiencies. They will challenge leaders to rethink what it means to lead in a world where humans are no longer the only “doers” in the system. This is a conversation about moving from control to orchestration, and why the organisations that get this right will define the next decade.
