Nicole is a decision scientist working at the intersections of customer experience, emerging technologies and new product development. She is currently responsible for addressing future workforce needs across SAP for needed skills transformation and leadership development.Previously, Nicole led data science for the SAP.iO Venture Studio where she helped early-stage start-ups adopt a culture of experimentation. Partnering with venture teams to help them collect, analyze, and make decisions from their data, as well as to integrate Machine Learning and AI into new products. And leading strategy for the SAP Innovation Center Network (SAP’s technology research center) where she examined the implications of the increasingly modular, connected, intelligent software on business and society.
