We are dealing with a pandemic. We are lockdown in our homes - For 2 weeks, then for a month...two months. We don't know when it will end. When it will end will there be any second phase? Anxiety is taking over us. Working from home makes us doubt our own competence - impostor syndrome. Isolation. Loss of jobs.You open instagram and everyone is having fun and showcasing their talents - except you. You feel even more worthless now. How to deal with it?
