She is also Research Director at Research In Action, a boutique market research firm, where she evaluates software and service vendors in the IT automation space. Previously, she was VP, Research Director, and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research where she provided research, advisory, and consulting services to software vendors, system integrators, service providers and IT enterprises.
