1. Nominations Open (Active)
Complete the online nomination form. Self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome.
2. Jury Evaluation
An independent jury of tech executives reviews submissions based on leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.
3. Finalists Shortlist
Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Who is it for?

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Currently serving in a Chief-level technology role such as CDO, CISO, CPO, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Digital Officer, or equivalent executive position.
Demonstrated outstanding leadership in driving technology strategy, digital innovation, or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Created significant, measurable business or societal impact through innovative technology programs, product launches, or operational improvements.
Active commitment to mentoring, sponsoring, and advancing women in technology and fostering inclusive leadership cultures.
