As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Experience

Objectives:

4 to 6 years Relevant Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 4 years

Primary Objective of the position is to resolve any Azure resources issues belonging to Data Processing Team Experience Type of Work: Software Engineering Areas of Work: Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Databricks, Azure Billing, PowerShell, ARM Templates, Basic Knowledge of SQL, Azure DevOps Main Task Description (Include key result areas of the position) Time Spent (in %)

1. Resolve Deployment failure for Services like Azure Virtual Machine and Azure Databricks - 40

2. Manage Azure Cost Management issues, understanding Reservations(Amortized costs) and Azure Consumption – 20

3. Resolve Customer tickets facing issues on Azure services like Azure Virtual Machine and Azure Databricks – 20

4. Coordinate with internal Product teams to support/handle on issues , where we need to get information from other product teams - 10

5. Co-ordination with Service desk team members/Customers for better clarity on ticket overview - 10

Mandatory Knowledge:

Primary: • Overview of Azure Cloud Platform (Having atleast Az-900 certification knowledge) • Azure Virtual machines Deployment • Powershell Secondary: • Overview of Azure Databricks and its capabilities • Azure Billing • Azure DevOps and ARM Templates SAFe Agile experience is good to have. Necessary Knowledge:  Having at least 2-3 years of experience on working with Azure Cloud platform  End to end knowledge on Azure Virtual machine deployment via PowerShell and ARM templates  Knowing about Azure Databricks compute and it’s connection with other Azure resources.

Developing any custom scripts in Powershell based on requirements  Having knowledge on Azure Billing Consumption APIs and Azure reservations  Knowledge of Azure Runbooks and how it can be utilized  Knowledge of Azure DevOps for handling Azure Resource deployment  Having experience on resolving issues on Azure Virtual machines  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
