The Role

キンドリルでは、インクルージョン・アンド・ダイバーシティの観点から障害のある方の活躍の場を広げるため、「ビジネスサポートチーム」を立ち上げています。現在は十数名のメンバーがご自身の強みを活かして活躍しています。
この度、チーム拡大の為、新たなメンバーを募集します。
■豊富な業務がありスキルや経験を活かせる
ご入社された方にはこれまでの経験やキャリアを活かし、キンドリルの業務をバックアップする役割を担っていただきます。具体的には資料作成などの一般事務、翻訳業務、PCキッティング、Webデザインを想定しています。これらの具体例以外にも、それぞれのスキルを考慮し、柔軟に担当業務を調整します。
■業務で分からないことがあればいつでも相談できる環境
個人によって異なる障害特性や配慮事項を考慮し、安心して力を発揮できる環境を整えます。ご所属いただく業務チームに専任の指導員を配置。業務で分からないことがあればいつでも気兼ねなく相談することができます。また、業務に直接の関りのない健康管理や生活面での相談についても、専門知識を持ったスタッフが、定期的な面談や相談を受ける体制を順次整備していく予定です。
■勤務場所は在宅勤務・出社を併用
勤務場所は在宅ワークと出社のハイブリット型です。担当業務により異なりますが、原則週2回程度の出社勤務を想定しています。在宅ワークにあたっては、自宅にインターネット環境が必須となります。業務で使用するPCは会社から支給します

スキルや経験に合わせて、業務内容や業務量を調整していきます

伝票作成・処理 、 社内外資料作成 、 その他一般事務 、 データ入力 、 データ集計・分析 、 ファイリング 、 その他 事務補助・庶務 、 その他 上記以外の業務

Who You Are

学歴／高校卒以上　
※《必要なスキル》

・Outlook、Word、Excel、PPTでの基本的PCスキル　
・チームでの業務遂行を経験したことがある方
※以下のスキル・ご経験のある方も歓迎です！
・Excel中級（関数使用）、英和・和英翻訳、経理、WEBデザインなど　　
※資格不問、経験者優遇
