To evaluate the impact of diversity initiatives for women in the context of technology, it is essential to measure their success. Here are some important techniques to do it:

1. Set clear goals: Setting specific goals, such as reducing the gender pay gap or increasing female representation in technical roles, provides clear direction for evaluating progress.

2. Gather statistical and analytical information: An objective view of the situation can be obtained by taking a close look at the composition of the workforce and analyzing data such as the hiring, promotion and retention of women in technology roles, as well as salary differences.

3. Conduct surveys and evaluations of the workplace: in this way we can obtain qualitative feedback that helps understand the experience of women in the company, identify areas for improvement and guide future initiatives.
