Complete the online nomination form. Self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome.
2. Jury Evaluation
An independent jury of tech executives reviews submissions based on leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.
3. Finalists Shortlist
Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Who is it for?

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Currently serving in a leadership role focused on AI ethics, responsible AI, AI governance, or trustworthy AI — such as Head of Responsible AI, AI Ethics Lead, or VP of AI Governance.
Demonstrated outstanding leadership in establishing AI ethics frameworks, bias detection and mitigation programs, or responsible AI governance policies.
Created significant, measurable impact in making AI systems more fair, transparent, accountable, and aligned with societal values.
Active commitment to advancing diversity in AI, educating stakeholders on responsible AI principles, and fostering inclusive AI development practices.
