The Micro Segmentation team is responsible for implementing network segmentation projects for our strategic customers. The team accomplishes this using our Guardicore Micro Segmentation product.

As a Micro Segmentation Professional Services Engineer, you will design, plan and drive the implementation of segmentation projects, using the Guardicore Micro Segmentation product. You will work closely with customers to manage segmentation projects, provide creative solutions, and develop successful implementations.

As a Micro Segmentation Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, installation and integration of the Guardicore product in diverse IT environments
• Working with customers throughout a delivery project life cycle - project management, architecture design, installation, configuration, documentation etc
• Deploying and implementing network segmentation policies using our state of the art segmentation platform
• Delivering advanced professional services (such as customizations / training / expansions / configurations / optimizations)
• Working closely with Support and Engineering teams to resolve any client issues and drive customer post-sales satisfaction

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have extensive experience in a Professional Services role
• Possess fluent written and spoken Japanese and English
• Have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting software or networking equipment
• Have deep knowledge in Networking, Network Security (Firewalls), Operating System
• Have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with a remote / global team
• Have experience with Network or Endpoint security platforms, Scripting, Administration of VMware or Public Cloud, Config management
• Be willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
