Join Enbridge’s Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management (MRM) Systems team to help run and enhance a portfolio of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) technologies.
You’ll concentrate on Openlink Endur/Findur and contribute to connected platforms and integrations (Egistix Oil, Kyribaand). Working with business and IT partners, you’ll diagnose issues, deliver improvements, and strengthen service performance across a complex, enterprise environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Analyze production incidents and defects, share solution paths with the team, and deliver corrective changes.

Build enhancements that follow coding standards and delivery practices, including unit tests and clear technical documentation.

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and turn specifications into technical designs.

Maintain and improve interfaces between trading/risk platforms and downstream systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, market data feeds, and related tools).

Coordinate with vendors and internal partners (DBA, infrastructure, service desk, and application teams) to deliver solutions and manage upgrades.

Grow your ETRM and market risk knowledge (e.g., MTM, P&L, VaR) and contribute ideas that streamline ways of working and modernize the stack.
WHO YOU ARE
-
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

You possess 4+ years of growing experience in software development and/or production support; ETRM or finance systems exposure is preferred.

Hands-on skills in at least two of: Java, Oracle/PL/SQL, .NET/C#, Crystal Reports, C/C++, or Openlink scripting (AVS/JVS); plus comfort with scripting and data tools.

Strong analytical and communication abilities, with the confidence to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’re a collaborative, adaptable teammate with strong prioritization skills and a mindset for continuous improvement; experience with Endur/Findur, Egistix Oil, Kyriba is an asset.
