Senior Accountant

As we scale across the UK and US markets, we’re looking for
a Senior Accountant who’s ready to take ownership, support a small but
high-performing finance team, and play a pivotal role in our next stage of
growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Senior Accountant, you’ll have a broad, hands-on
remit with real influence across the business:

Lead Financial Reporting

• Own
  monthly reporting cycles and annual accounts
• Manage
  the reporting process end-to-end
• Personally
  handle complex technical accounting areas

Improve Our FinOps

• Build
  and integrate our finance tech stack into the wider Yardi ecosystem
• Partner
  with Sales Ops to automate processes like On-Demand sales and full-time
  office invoicing

Oversee Day-to-Day Finance

• Support
  and oversee the work of our management accountant and outsourced
  bookkeeping partners
• Own
  billing and cash collection for our core full-time office brokerage
  product

Be a Trusted Advisor

• Collaborate
  with teams across Sales, Supply, and Operations
• Provide
  insights on the financial impact of decisions and business performance

Drive Strategic Projects

• Lead
  finance workstreams for new product launches and international expansion
• Support
  high-impact growth initiatives across the organisation

What You Bring

• A
  relevant degree or chartered accounting qualification
• Strong
  post-qualification experience—ideally in a tech-focused environment
• A
  hands-on approach across technical accounting, reporting, and process
  improvement
• Comfort
  with new technologies and a passion for automation and efficiency
• A
  collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to wider company
  goals

This role offers flexibility with hybrid working,
with access to our Waterloo office.
