While it's commendable to advocate for diversity in AI development and acknowledge the value of incorporating various perspectives, it's important to avoid essentializing gender roles and capabilities. While female leaders can undoubtedly offer unique insights and contribute to diverse decision-making processes, attributing their effectiveness solely to their gender overlooks the complexity of individual experiences, skills, and backgrounds. By adopting these suggestions and taking a more nuanced approach to promoting diversity in AI development, organizations can create more inclusive and innovative environments that harness the full spectrum of human talent and expertise.

To me, AI is like a child that is continuously learning. As women, we have that maternal instinct that can teach a child the difference between right and wrong. It is very important to remember this fact as we talk about Ethical AI and Responsible AI. AI agents are supposed to be autonomous and empowered to make their own decisions and become better at their job as they learn. But what is exactly meant by "better" and how far can we let them be "autonomous"? As we move closer to AGI, we have to ensure that we give them the "reasoning power" that will give the most importance to the good of humanity.

As AI advances, I worry about 3 things. A class difference that it could widen, growth of children’s minds that it could hamper, and taking responsibilities of the decisions made by autonomous agent. So, we need: - To design ways to ensure the poor are not just passive recipients but co-creators. - Education that prepares children for a world of AI; not just as users, but as thinkers and humans. - Policy and governance to draw ethical boundaries and assign responsibility. And perhaps most importantly: a shared societal will to use AI not for profit maximization alone, but for human flourishing. As women leaders, we can bring forth an ability to creatively think and solve these problems.
