An independent jury of tech executives reviews submissions based on leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.
3. Finalists Shortlist
Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Who is it for?

Nomination eligibility criteria:

Currently serving in a senior cybersecurity leadership role such as CISO, VP of Security, Director of Information Security, Head of Cyber Defense, or equivalent position.
Demonstrated outstanding expertise in developing and executing security strategies, incident response plans, or compliance frameworks that have significantly strengthened organizational resilience.
Proven track record of implementing innovative security solutions, zero-trust architectures, threat intelligence programs, or security automation that have measurably reduced cyber risk.
Active commitment to mentoring cybersecurity professionals, promoting security awareness across organizations, and advancing diversity and inclusion within the cybersecurity field.
