Cloud and Product Partnerships Organization is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer. You will use your technical expertise and business acumen to ensure our high-value partners are able to grow their businesses by demonstrating the full scope of New Relic's product suite. 

You will work closely with business leaders to define product integrations and help engineer partner solutions, be the driver of Partner Engineering Opportunities, and work to support the integration efforts to our platform by our leading partners. 

You would be responsible for driving the technical effort to integrate New Relic’s products with Partner Products and be the technical liaison between product organizations and New Relic.

You love to solve technical problems in real-time and thrive on playing multiple roles - solution architect, business architect, technology confidant, and evangelists!

In this role you will have an opportunity to learn the entire landscape of Observability panning Instrumentation, Ingestion, Observability, visualization. It is also an opportunity to drive partner solution launches through Technical Blogs and Collaboration with Marketing efforts.
What you'll do
  • Support the Product Partnerships team with partner qualification, Joint integrations, technical roadmap development, delivering technical solutions, partner solution validation, evangelization
  •  Work on product integration of our products within a partner's service offerings, alignment with partner product offerings
  •   Ensure timely completion of partner integration requests by coordinating product team responses
  •  Maintain a deep understanding of the partner's business as well as their technical environment
This role requires
  •  3 years+ of technical experience preferably in Observability
  •  Strong technical/Engineering background
  •  Development experience in one or more of the following languages - Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, React
  •  Understanding of cloud technologies
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
Bonus points if you have
  •  Specific experience in Application Performance Management (APM) concepts and/or other monitoring solutions
  •  2 years+ of technical experience preferably in Observability
  •  Knowledge of Cloud Technologies 
  •  Cloud Certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer)
