- Fusion Compiler Synthesis & PnR engineer 
- Develop Fusion Compiler implementation enhancement/methodologies/flows include synthesis & PnR. Work with AEs / customers to develop new features/flows what is required to improve in tool & flow side through collaboration with RnD, AE, customer that is based on customer needs and PPA improvements.
- Analyze issues with the Fusion Compiler and contribute improvement ideas to collaborate to solve problems and make it  better.
- Collaborate to make better PPAs and reduce TAT by working with GTM & RnD to deeply analyze design and tools and guide on how it can be improved or enhanced. 
- Collaboration with RnDs and AEs, with a clear understanding of goals, criteria, challenges, and risks, leads to the best results.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
