We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist to support and manage key internal applications, including our two primary retirement systems, IntelliPlan and YETI, as well as our CRM platform, Salesforce. This role will work closely with third-party developers and internal teams to maintain data integrity, generate critical reporting, and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of supported platforms.
The specialist will also provide backup support for the IT Manager in managing the Fund’s infrastructure and end-user systems.
This role combines responsibilities of a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst, with additional focus on Salesforce administration and internal applications support. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver, capable of working across systems and teams to deliver effective technology solutions that support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related field)
- 5+ years experience in software integration, databases, and Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, and relational database management
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or a similar web-based CRM (preferred)
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and training capabilities
- Experience in employee benefits or insurance industry is a plus
